Job Description

Integrity, a proactive attitude, and good communication skills are key attributes for the candidate we are looking for. For this role, it’s important to have plenty of marketing ideas, but making those ideas happen is what's most important. While we value marketing expertise, our preference is really for someone with passion for tourism. Learning ability and international outlook are vital to the role, and more important than industry networks and experience working on big projects.

The successful candidate will be an important team member for operating key marketing activations designed for leading destinations and theme parks around the world. Travel could be a part of the job to effectively reach target audiences. Apart from a decent salary, the role also includes the opportunity for attractive bonuses/ incentives.

Responsibilities

    • Represent overseas destination client to operate China business (outbound marketing)
    • Involved in joint campaigns and cross industry promotions
    • Involved in setting sales and marketing strategies for overseas destinations
    • Localize and/or execute marketing and strategy set by HQ
    • Work with in-house content team to create content marketing activations
    • Build and maintain industry network, and develop new packages for overseas destinations
    • Lead travel industry players and media to join FAM trips for package and product design
    • Represent overseas destinations to attend events, roadshows and offline/online activities
    • Regular reporting and analysis on clients’ local business operations

    • 参与或主导规划旅游目的地中国市场整体营销战略
    • 基于客户总部战略进行市场战术优化与分析
    • 与内容及媒体团队配合落实客户所提出的营销需求
    • 帮助客户在中国市场搭建、维护客户网络,开发新产品
    • 带领同业/媒体合作伙伴以设计、推广产品为目的对目的地进行考察
    • 代表目的地出席业内及媒体相关活动
    • 定期出具各类运营及商业报告,并与客户保持良好沟通

Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor degree is a must (majors in business, marketing, social science, advertising, hospitality, aviation and/or linguistics are prefer)
    • IELTS 6.5 is a must for non-English native speakers
    • 2-year experience in travel / entertainment / advertising / aviation industry with marketing and sales background
    • Passionate about the travel industry
    • Creative and practical
    • Knowledge of digital marketing

    • 本科以上学历(商科、营销、社科,广告,航空,酒店管理及语言专业为加分项)
    • 英语6级或雅思6.5以上(会第二外语或者口语能力强为加分项)
    • 2年以上航空业、文旅业、娱乐业、广告营销、或媒体行业背景
    • 自身热爱文旅行业,或对营销工作有热情
    • 有创意,并也需有将想法转为限时的行动力
    • 熟悉数字营销,并基本了解流量逻辑
